Duplessis Horse Feeder Inc: Are you tired of wasting that round bale in the open top round bale holders? I have seen this particular product in action. No, I do not have one...yet! I do have a friend who bought one this spring after a lot of research. She had been going through a round bale every 7-10 days with three horses. When she purchased this product the round bales were lasting three weeks with minimal waste. The feeder has a large hook in the top where you can attach a rope, thrown over a sturdy tree limb, to help pull it up to replace the old round bale or two people can lift it...in our case two girls...this is light and easy to manuever...looks like a little kid's play house. These are a bit pricey at $545 and $99 for shipping but the $$you save in hay will probably be well worth it. The round bale will stay dry and probably putting it on pallets would be even better. Check out the website and give 'em call, 1-888-983-4330, if you have questions or email Colette at INFO@DUPLESSISHORSEFEEDER.COM . THE DISTANCE DEPOT: Have you been looking for a visor for your riding helmet this website has a style that looks nice and it looks like it has velcro....
